BILL BRADLEY, 77 YEARS OLD


Bill Bradley a few of the people who’ve lived an entire and colorful life thus far. He is an author, a former US Senator from New Jersey, and a former basketball player. During his younger years, he was an all-county and all-state basketball player in high school. As such, he was given scholarship offers to get his degree in 75 different colleges. He declined them to attend Princeton University. He earned a gold medal and the 1964 Olympic basketball team and was recognized as the NCAA Player of the Year in 1965. After graduating, he turned pro. At first, playing in Europe but eventually decided to play in the NBA, joining the New York Knicks. His 10-year professional career wasn’t without success either. Bill won two NBA Championships with the Knicks.

Bill retired from the NBA in 1977, and the following year, he ran for Senate. He would spend a little less than two decades as an American politician but would be unsuccessful in getting a Democratic Presidential Nomination in 2000. Apart from all these, Bill has seven non-fiction books published to his name. Moreover, he is a New Jersey Hall of Famer.
