The romance between Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello is right out of a storybook. It seems like only yesterday that these two young souls were best friends navigating Hollywood with their music investments. Today, Shawn and Camila are two of the most in-demand vocalists in the industry. The duo, which generated relationship speculations after the release of their June 2019 collaboration Senorita, is still peeling back the layers of their romance right in front of our eyes.

While we don’t have any pictures from their first meeting in 2014, we can only imagine how happy they were. Shawn and Camila met while working on the 2014 tour of singer Austin Mahone. Cabello was still a member of Fifth Harmony, and Mendes was hot off his Vine triumph. The two have maintained a close and supportive connection ever then. Mendes and Cabello would then collaborate on the tune I Know What You Did Last Summer in 2017. However, their relationship didn’t heat up until June. Before they formally announced their romance, fans began to see the couple everywhere together.
