FRANKIE VALLI, 87 YEARS OLD
Frankie Valli first became known as the frontman of the group Four Seasons. He immediately gained recognition for the distinct tone of his voice and his powerful lead falsetto. During his time with the group, they were able to achieve 29 Top 40 hits. This includes the tracks, Walk Like a Man, Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry, and Rag Doll. Following his foray into being a soloist, Valli achieved 9 Top 4 Hits of his own, including chart-toppers such as Grease and My Eyes Adored You.
As a soloist and as part of Four Seasons, Valli has significantly contributed to the music industry. He didn’t just achieve fame but also managed to improve his investments in the process. As recognition for their work, the original members of Four Seasons were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, which the Vocal Group Hall of Fame followed in 1999.
