Ellen DeGeneres has broken barriers by being the first-ever gay woman to have her own TV show. The comedian’s wit and sense of humor have helped establish her in the entertainment industry since she began. It was also one of the things that actress, Portia De Rossi, fell in love with. The two became an item in 2004 and got married in 2008. They have since been flipping houses, adding to their already incredible income. DeGeneres and de Rossi have supported one another. However, the latter took a step back from her acting to focus on being an entrepreneur. Even with the controversies hounding DeGeneres recently, her wife stood by her side, showing a united front. Hopefully, their marriage survives the ordeal as they are one of the couples that many look up to.
