Fred Willard

Fred Willard is another comedy icon and legend who sadly passed away in 2020. He was an actor who starred in countless comedy projects in both television and film. Some of Willard’s best acting performances as a comedian were in Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, For Your Consideration, Mighty Wind, and Mascots. He even appeared in the Will Ferrell-led Anchorman films as well as television roles on Everybody Loves Raymond, Modern Family, and Fernwood 2 Night.

Willard has been an actor since the mid-60s, and it has been truly a pleasure to have watched his past works. There’s certainly no question that he was an incredibly tenured actor as he has countless acting credits in both film and television. You could say that Willard loved acting as he managed to deliver on his final acting role in the 2020 Netflix series Space Force where he played the role of Fred Naird.
