Howard Finkel

Howard Finkel was a well-known American professional wrestling ring announcer. He was known for his appearance in WWE. Interestingly, Finkel was the longest-serving employee of the WWE as he served as its ring announcer for over 40 years. He began working for WWWF by Vincent McMahon back in 1975, all the way into his retirement four decades later.

Finkel wasn’t a lawyer or any important political figure, but he had been a memorable figure in every wrestling fan’s life. The WWF and WWE experience truly wouldn’t be complete without his voice. Interestingly, Finkel is widely regarded as the greatest WWE ring announcer of all time. His legacy as a great ring announcer cannot be disputed as his deep voice was able to introduce wrestling icons like Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan, and many more. It was definitely a no-brainer to induct Finkel into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2009.
